Vale Zias
Manuel Arsénio graduated in Agri-Food Engineering, but his learning journey in the wine world began back in childhood. The grandson of wine producers on both sides of his family, continuing that legacy came as a natural choice. In 2005, he created Sociedade Fazendas da Estremadura and the Vale Zias brand.
His vineyards are unique in that they are located in areas with very varied climatic conditions and terroirs, including a plot within the protected landscape of the Montejunto Mountains. Harvesting is therefore carried out at different times, and production blends traditional methods with state-of-the-art technology.
