Inês Bernardino feels completely at home working in the vineyards and overseeing the entire winemaking process at Quinta da Sapeira—hardly surprising given she represents the third generation of this family business.
Over the years, Inês Bernardino has modernised both the winery and its operations. The eight-hectare vineyard exclusively uses Portuguese grape varieties, producing red and white wines with excellent ageing potential, crafted by winemaker Rafael Neuparth. The estate also features its own shop and is well set up for wine tourism.
