When André Manz left São Paulo, Brazil, in 1988 to go to Portugal, it was to become the goalkeeper for Estoril Praia. He could never have imagined that sixteen years later he would be embarking on another chapter of his life, dedicated to wine production in Cheleiros, Mafra.
