DFJ Vinhos
José Neiva Correia's career had taken him to many places before he took the reins of DFJ Vinhos on his own. He began as a winemaker at the Torres Vedras Cooperative Winery, gained experience in France and Germany, and worked as a consultant for a British wine import company before joining forces with two partners to found DFJ.
In 2005, he acquired the entire company, which currently cultivates 250 hectares of vineyards. DFJ is heavily focused on international markets, exporting 99.4 per cent of its production to fifty-four countries and having already won hundreds of awards from specialist wine magazines.
