Casa Romana Vini
Casa Romana Vini
In 2002, António Barreira acquired Quinta do Porto Nogueira. Given its proximity to a Roman bridge, he decided to create the name Casa Romana Vini to promote wine culture. However, it was only in 2011 that he ventured into production, introducing grape varieties from around the world to the estate's 21 hectares and committing to organic production from 2019 onwards.
True to its original purpose, the estate is fully equipped for wine tourism, including accommodation, where visitors and guests can sample the local wines, with a particular highlight on limited editions such as the Vinha Bem Amado and Vinha Todo-o-Mundo single-vineyards.
